-All bookings with confirmation are non-refundable

The Tiptop Print:

-Expires 60 days after purchase

-Prior appointment cancellation/reschedule (subject to availability) required at least 24 hours in advance

-Valid Only Sat-Thu 11am to 9pm, Fri 12pm to 9 pm

-Prices of surcharges mentioned per single session. Surcharges can be added onto online purchase or paid directly in salon.

-If Client is being late for more than 15 minutes or no show for confirmed appointment, voucher will be forfeited, no refund or another appointment can be provided using same voucher.

-All prices are VAT inclusive

Cancellation Policy:

We understand things happen. Your customer’s right is to refund the purchase within 7 calendar days, considering that voucher was not redeemed and booking was not made/confirmed. Otherwise, within the limits of reason we will do what is required to make you happy and consider your refund reason on a case-to case basis. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we aren’t able to offer refunds after 7 days’ policy.
